1. Reservations and Cancellations
• Appointments must be booked in advance based on availability.
• Any cancellation or change must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. In case of late cancellation or no-show, booking fees will not be refunded.
2. Arrival
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to allow for proper check-in and preparation.
• Any delay may result in a reduced session duration while maintaining the full price.
3. Hygiene and Safety
• The center ensures clean spaces and disinfected equipment after each client.
• Clients are requested to maintain proper personal hygiene before their appointment.
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
4. Health and Well-Being
• Please inform us of any health issues, allergies, or specific conditions (pregnancy, injury, etc.) prior to your session.
• The center is not responsible for complications arising from a lack of information about your health condition.
5. Payment Policy
• All payments must be made before or immediately after the session.
• We accept payments in cash, by credit card, or through approved digital platforms.
6. Gift Cards and Packages
• Gift cards and packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with prior notification.
7. Confidentiality
• All personal and medical information shared is strictly confidential and used only to personalize treatments.
8. Children and Guests
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• To maintain a calm environment, only clients with an appointment are allowed in the treatment areas.
